Cornish Hen Mania
Note to self:
Rub with olive oil Douse with some rum
Chili powder Cumin, ground Cayenne Salt and Pepper Sugar in the raw Nutmeg
Roast on bed of sweet potatoes, onions, and medium-ripe plaintains. 1 hour at 380.
